Whilst some delay is expected on deliveries outside the UK, our carriers are still doing their utmost to meet their timescales, and we’re still able to supply all your favourite Skincare, Hair Care and Body treats!
During this period of uncertainty, relating to CONVID-19, your parcel might be slightly delayed. Please allow up to 5 working days after your order is placed for the normal Standard Free delivery: For Royal Mail 24 Tracked, delivery could be an additional 3 working days after order placed.

Returns & Refund Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. by selecting the appropriate option in your account or a letter sent by post). You may use the example model cancellation form below, but it is not obligatory.
Please ensure that the items you are returning are unopened and in any original packaging. Unwanted goods need to be in pristine condition with any retail seals unbroken.

Alternatively you can do this easily and quickly via the Return section under your account on www.Beautydotcom.com. We will respond as quickly as possible with instructions for how to return items from your order and ease you through the process of return
Orders placed before 2.00pm (Monday-Thurs) will be delivered within 2 to 3 working days between the hours of 9.00am and 5.30pm free of charge.
No orders are processed, dispatched or delivered on Bank Holidays or weekends. For deliveries outside of mainland UK further charges will apply.
Any dates or times quoted for delivery are approximate only and you acknowledge that no delivery date can be guaranteed as it may be affected by circumstances beyond our control.
Unfortunately orders to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Scottish Lowlands, Isle of Man, Scilly and a number of England/Scotland Border postcodes my take slightly longer to arrive.
Beautydotcom will not accept liability for lost orders if you select for your parcel to be left in a safe place or with a neighbour. Beautydotcom will only consider claims for lost items sent 10 working days after the latest due date.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
On International deliveries some of our products are classed as dangerous goods by IATA. This will impact our ability to deliver to certain destinations and use certain delivery methods. The delivery options available for your order will be able to be selected when you checkout. Delivery timescales are estimated and could be affected if your parcel is very heavy or delayed by Customs entry procedures.
